Changed your mind? You have 30 days to cancel your order—no explanation needed.
The deadline is 30 days from the date you (or a friend) received the goods at your North American address.
To exercise your right, please inform us of your decision via a clear statement.

We’ll refund you within 30 days of receiving the goods. We’ll use your original payment method, and you won’t be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

For goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Bought in 30 days
Original packaging
The following items are for keeps:
Personalized or custom-made stationery.
Items that deteriorate rapidly or are past expiry.
Unsealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene.
Items inseparably mixed with other things after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
Send It Back
You handle the cost and risk of the return journey. Send your goods to our North American studio:

We recommend tracked mail. We can't refund what we don't receive, and losing stationery is a total bummer. Proof of delivery is required.
Gifts:
If it was a gift, you'll get store credit for your return. Once received, we'll mail you a digital gift certificate.
If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund goes to the buyer. You might want to tell them first!
